TOM’s Video Library is a collection of training video’s covering presentations of most of the core TOM models.

Please note that they are filmed using only one camera which the delegates are aware of but have mostly forgotten about. This is done so that the camera’s presence is unobtrusive and does not significantly alter the group dynamics or hinder participation. It is largely uncut so that you get to see ‘real’ footage of a ‘real’ workshop’ and ‘real’ participation.
