As a colleague and close friend of Ross Page for many years, Will was a major collaborator in the development of the TOM Concepts.

A sharp wit and a degree in linguistics ensure that Will’s presentations are both intriguing and challenging for the participants. His passion for problem solving and innovation has led him to develop a number of leading edge seminars on these topics. He believes that all human beings are ‘natural born problem solvers’ and that enhancing these abilities can lead to greater effectiveness at work and satisfaction in life.

Will has over 15 years experience coaching, training and consulting for organisations of all sizes including major government departments in both the UK and New Zealand. He has wide experience working within diverse business cultures having delivered training throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, New Zealand and Latin America. His client list includes: Ericsson, Ascot Systems, The SIA Group, IBS (Information Business Systems) and various government institutions.

As a qualified NLP practitioner, Will has contributed to various NLP certification programmes in the UK, delivering modules on creativity and problem solving. He delivers courses covering all aspects of management and leadership, including communication skills, delegation, coaching and leading teams to success. He is also an avid TOM fan!
