With a sharp wit and a degree in linguistics, Will’s presentations are both intriguing and challenging.
He believes that human beings are ‘natural born problem solvers’ and that enhancing these abilities leads to greater effectiveness at work and satisfaction in life.

His passion for problem solving and innovation has led him to develop many seminars on these topics. Will has over 15 years experience training organisations in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America, as well as government departments in the UK and NZ.

Aisling has a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is a qualified and accredited coach. She works with clients designing and implementing bespoke solutions to meet individual needs and unique corporate cultures. Her specialist areas are dynamic and interactive training sessions, one-to-one coaching, leadership development and performance management systems, with their associated skills.

Aisling has fifteen years experience employed at a senior level within the Human Resources and Learning and Development fields. She has worked as a management development consultant has run her own successful management development and coaching consultancy and is one of our most respected and loved TOM Consultants.

Steve is an experienced TOM trainer, executive and life coach, as well as a Master NLP practitioner. He has a real passion for self-development, people and behaviours and over 20 years commercial sales experience in a number of senior positions.
