Aisling works with clients to design and implement bespoke solutions to meet individual needs and unique corporate cultures. Her specialist areas are Dynamic and Interactive Training Sessions, 1:1 Coaching, Leadership development and performance management systems and associated skills. She has a range of private coaching clients from several large and medium FTSE 100 corporate clients. to individual professional clients, university students and mothers returning to work.

Experience

Aisling has fifteen years experience employed at a senior level within the Human Resources and Learning and Development fields. She has worked as a management development consultant has run her own successful management development and coaching consultancy and is one of our most respected (and loved!) TOM Consultants. Aisling has a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is a qualified and accredited coach. Her powerful delivery and coaching style, combined with the adaptable TOM coaching principles, make her a client favourite and sees her forge long term relationships with all with whom she comes in contact.

Aisling’s experience spans the hospitality and service, medical technology, manufacturing, retail, engineering, telecommunications, tour operating, travel, finance, legal, technology and multimedia industries. She works with a range of clients from CEO’s and MD’s through to directors, supervisors and team members, on a one to one and team basis.
