Her specialist areas are dynamic and interactive training sessions, one-to-one coaching, leadership development and performance management systems, with their associated skills. Her range of coaching clients include several FTSE 100 company staff, seasoned professionals, university students and mothers returning to work.

Aisling has 15 years experience within the Human Resources and Learning & Development fields. She has worked as a management, development and coaching consultant and runs her own consultancy. She has a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is a qualified and accredited coach.
Her experience spans the industries of: hospitality and service, medical technology, manufacturing, retail, engineering, telecommunications, tour operating, travel, finance, legal, technology and multimedia. She works with a range of clients from CEO’s and MD’s through to directors, supervisors and team members, on a one-to-one and team basis.
