Gary has always ‘enjoyed’ professional speaking in front of audiences of all sizes, but he ‘excels’ at training, facilitating smaller meetings and coaching one–to-one. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share in an amusing, friendly and natural way.
Gary delivers TOM Training and Learning events that are always motivational, humorous, friendly and cover any topic related to helping individuals and businesses become more successful and profitable. He will caringly and professionally guide delegates through a labyrinth of complex communication skills including successful influencing, leading, managing, negotiating and selling.
And of course, all these learning interventions start with the key skill of building first Trust – this is one of the many reasons Gary has found a second home in the TOM Team.

Business History
Gary was a leader and manager in a major international bank for some thirty years where he fulfilled a number of senior roles including Corporate Relationship Banking and Management Training.
Combined with his experience in his own successful business Leo 7 Limited, he is a multidimensional, trainer, speaker, coach, business advisor and facilitator covering topics on effective communicating, marketing, management development and finance at all levels.

Mentor Plus and a Business Adviser Assessor
NVQ Level 4 Assessing and Verifying in Management, Business and Customer Service as well as facilitating Business Start-ups, all dovetail with his ability to act as a Mentor and Coach to anyone, at any level in an organisation.
